Personal: Christmas Cards

Let me tell you, self-timers and cold weather are not my favorite thing in the world but it was worth every cold moment once our Christmas cards were in the mail. We headed out to the park one afternoon to snap some photos to create a card. It was tricky to get the angles we wanted and the sun sets fast on winter days, however we were pleased to have a few good photos when all was said and done. Here were some that we liked. Hopefully next year's will go better

 {or better yet we will pay someone to do it}

Couples: Eric + Kat

Remember these two? I snapped a couple pictures of them *forever* ago when they first got engaged and now here they are celebrating a first anniversary plus some. They just happened to be on the east coast at the same time I was so we took some time to hang out, snap some pictures and see the Public Gardens {love that place!} I loved their outfits and how happy they are to be together. There is no doubt in my mind that these two are made for each other, like two peas in a pod! Happy Anniversary you two and thanks for letting me take some pictures for you :)

Personal: Flashback

{one of the first photos Jeremy and I ever took together. Pretty good for amateurs!}

Couples: Jeremy + Me

{Just working the self-timer again. Nothing better then a pile of logs and the man you love}

Couples: Jeremy + Me

Nothing like going for a walk in the park, packing a tripod, blanket and your camera and taking pictures with the one you love. I can't say using a tripod is my most favorite thing on Earth as I did a lot of running and fast posing to make these work but I was happy with the result. Love is sweet, isn't it?

Couples: Eric + Kat

A couple friends of mine came home Christmas of 2010 and got engaged. I was honored to help Eric plan his engagement {just with restaurant ideas and adding my two cents about proper proposals} and then to see the two of them at church on Sunday with Kat sporting some new jewelry. Naturally I dragged them outside to take a couple proper photos as a newly engaged couple. Considering I was just using a point and shoot camera, I was really happy with the picture of her ring. Congrats you two!
